April is the Month of the Military Child, and we are so proud to recognize and celebrate our incredible military-connected students! These students demonstrate resilience, strength, and adaptability every day, and we are honored to support them at Kolda Elementary. 💜 Although April is the official month of recognition, we continued the celebration into May with our annual Month of the Military Child field trip. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, make special memories, and honor the unique experiences of our students and their families. A heartfelt THANK YOU to MATSG-22, our amazing Military and Family Life Counselors, the families who were able to join us, and our wonderful PTA for providing Gatorade and cookies for our students and staff. Your support and partnership mean so much to our school community! Our flavored water and popcorn bar was definitely a hit! Busy Friday mornings at Kolda Elementary! We had our amazing Veterans Memorial VLC greeting our students and sending them into the weekend with smiles. We also want to thank our Kolda volunteers for a slow morning filled with breakfast, laughs, and warm connections. We are so grateful for the support and positivity they bring to our campus each day!
